Design and Analysis of Plasma Gasifier Based Power Supply System for Industrial Zone

Abstract
The increasing demand for sustainable and reliable power in industrial zones has accelerated the search for alternative energy systems that can efficiently utilize waste resources. This study presents the design and analysis of a plasma gasifier-based power supply system intended to generate continuous electricity for industrial applications. The proposed system employs plasma gasification technology to convert various solid wastes into high-energy synthesis gas (syngas), which is then used to drive a gas engine or turbine for power generation. Results indicate that plasma gasification achieves superior conversion efficiency and lower emissions compared to conventional incineration or gasification systems. The designed system demonstrates the potential to reduce waste disposal issues, lower carbon footprint, and provide decentralized power for industrial clusters. The study concludes that plasma gasifier-based power systems offer a viable pathway toward sustainable industrial energy management.
