A Smart EV Charging Solution: Integrating Real-Time Location and Booking for Electric Vehicle Users

Abstract
As Electric Vehicles (EVs) gain popularity in India, there is an increasing need for efficient and intelligent charging solutions. This paper presents a Python-based desktop application that allows users to locate EV charging stations based on real-time geolocation, book slots, select payment methods, and verify bookings using CAPTCHA. Built using Tkinter, Geopy, and Pandas, the system integrates mapping, user input validation, and live location fetching. It addresses the real-world problems of unavailability, slot congestion, and inefficient navigation in EV charging networks.
