Paper Title
Design and Innovation Learning: Case Study in the Northern Region University - Morocco

Abstract
A high level student is called upon to practice a qualified trade and to bring added value to his employer. This value is more than ever synonymous with the ability to think and introduce innovations in his company. Therefore, teaching creativity and innovation is a pedagogical challenge for the institutions that train these potentials. Our objective is to present a teaching-learning approach of the Innovation course through an implementation of a pedagogical scenario. By taking as a starting point a problem situation potentially encountered by the learner, the didactic methodology implemented through the pedagogical scenario allows a contextualized learning of skills. We first present the approach and the theoretical foundations that support it. We will show that the pedagogical scenario, as we see it, differs from pedagogical practices that also use this term. In a second step, we explain the different stages of the creation of a pedagogical scenario, by giving leads for exploitable resources. The last part deals with the setting up of the pedagogical scenario; elaborated in collaboration with professors of Abdelmalek Essaadi University; and the work of the skills with the learners. We will also insist on the need to pool such pedagogical resources and to deploy this scenario on other courses.
